MIND

• Could not collect his thoughts (with slight pain in head), (second day), 1.

HEAD

• Vertigo worse when stooping (third day), 1.
• Vertigo, with nausea (after two hours), 2.
• Severe pain in head, affecting the eyes (immediately), 1.
• Slight pains in head (after fifteen minutes), 1.
• Dull, heavy pain in head all day (second day), 1.
• Dull, sluggish pain, but quite intense, all over the head (after one and a half hours), 1.
• After dinner, dull pain in head, rather increased till after supper, when it was relieved (first day), 2.
• Head dull, with heavy, painful fulness (fourth day), 1. [10.]
• Dull, stupid feeling in head, with feeling of fulness and dull, aching pain (after two hours), 2.
• Dull, heavy pain in postero-superior part of head (after twenty minutes), 1.

EYES

• Eyes feel weak and inflamed (second day), 1.
• Eyes felt heavy, with a blur over them (after one and a half hours), 1.
• Constant twitching of the under lids (second day), 1.

• Eyes run a good deal (second day), 1.
• There seems to be a blur constantly collecting over the eyes (second day), 1.
• Glimmering before the eyes (immediately), 2.

• Rather profuse flow of saliva (immediately), 2.
• Sweet taste in the mouth (immediately), 2.
• Dryness and prickling in throat (immediately), 2.

STOMACH

• Foul stomach (second day), 1.
• Slight pain in stomach (after two hours), 2.
• Sour eructations (after two hours), 2.
• Slight nausea (after one and a half hours), 1.
• Strange feeling in stomach, as if he had not eaten for a long time, continuing for about an hour (after half an hour), 1.

ABDOMEN

• Very unpleasant dull rumbling pains in bowels (second day), 1.
• Colic increased by bending forward (immediately), 2.

STOOL AND ANUS. [30.]

• Sensation as if the bowels were loosened (after two hours), 2.
• Bowels costive (second day), 1.

URINARY ORGANS

• Increased secretion of urine, so that he had to get up twice during the night, 1.
• Urine cloudy, 1.

HEART AND PULSE

• Slight palpitation of the heart on waking, which soon passed off (second day), 2.

GENERALITIES

• Felt fatigued, physically and mentally, as though he had labored hard (had felt uncommonly well in the morning), (after two hours), 2.
• Felt uncommonly well in the morning, with good appetite for breakfast (second day), 2.
• The whole system appears deranged (second day), 1.
• Felt as if he had been drinking (immediately), 1.

SLEEP AND DREAMS

• Sleepy on sitting down (fourth day), 1. [40.]
• Slept well all night (usually restless and sleeps but little), (first day), 2.
• Uncommonly sound sleep at night (immediately), 2.
• Felt as if he had been broken of his rest, yet did not seem sleepy (after one and a half hours), 1.
• Very restless during night; could sleep but a few moments at a time, and then not soundly, 1.

CONDITIONS

• Aggravation.
• ( Bending forward ), Vertigo; colic.
• ( After dinner ), Dull pain in head.
• ( On waking ), Slight palpitation of the heart.
• ( Warm room ), All symptoms.
• Amelioration.
• ( Morning ), Felt uncommonly well.
• ( Open air ), Symptoms rather relieved.
