In contusion and laceration of soft parts it vies with Calend. (A.).
Perspiration from every motion (Bry., Calc., Chin.).
Variableness (Ign., Kali-S., Puls.).
Stitches in the joints (Berb., Bry., Kali-B., Nit-Ac., Sil.).
Small, weak, pulse (Verat.).
Tight, dry, cough with slight hacking (Bry.).
Very effective in curing bronchitis in children with short, teasing cough (Dros., Ipec.).

N. B. Sulphuric Acid, one part, with three parts of alcohol, 10 to 15 drops, three times daily for three or four weeks, has been successfully used to subdue the craving for liquor (Hr.).
