INNER CHEST AND LUNGS [28]
Expectoration of purulent matter, offensive in odor and taste and accompanied by pain, referred to third costal cartilage (really in left bronchus) ; pain may or may not go through to back. ╬╕ Bronchial catarrh. ╬╕ Phthisis.
Useful in third stage of phthisis.
Pain at third left costal cartilage, where it joins with rib ; rales through lungs and muco-purulent sputa. ╬╕ Phthisis.
Suppurative processes affecting left lung, with pain at third left costal cartilage.
SENSATIONS [43]
Pain : in left third costal cartilage.
Intolerable itching : of eruption on hands.
SKIN [46]
Eruption, especially on backs of hands, itching intolerably at night and bleeding when scratched.
Violent itching.
Skin cracked, bleeding when scratched, with sleeplessness.
